In GIP-137, certain terms of the agreement between Gearbox Foundation and Chaos Labs are coordinated, in particular, the condition that Chaos Labs will directly determine, establish, and modify risk parameters (the “Risk Parameters”) within the Gearbox protocol and its liquidity pools to optimize and improve their performance.
