Change Fast Check Parameters

• FastCheck is used as a simplified operation safety check for Credit Accounts in order not to execute the gas-expensive Health Factor calculation every trade. More details are here:

  • chiThreshold - Minimum chi threshold for fast check in CreditFilter contract
  • hfCheckInterval - Maxmimum allowed fast check operations between full health factor checks in CreditFilter contract
